Ellen Martin RMC today. I asked whether earnings would be released on Monday. "Yes." Would there be an announcement on the meningo trials? "Maybe." She mentioned that it was a different corporate function than earnings release which by [SEC] schedule must not be later than 8-16. She also mentioned that release or not depended on the stage of analysis that will have been reached by then (we knew that). She did mention that it was not unusual for other releases to be combined with earnings. My feeling is that there will be news Monday, but that and $1.25 will get you a cup of coffee at the diner.
