From a technical standpoint there was nothing in 3/27 trading to indicate a bottom, the stock closed at its low for the day on high volume. Stock is now well below its (fluffed up) book value and is approaching real (hard asset) book. Heres a speculative scenario which I'll throw out for consideration: price decline on thurs due to a large block that was jetisoned about an hour iinto the session (not speculation). No large investors (institutions) are going to buy a dog like this during 'window dressing' period, therefore small investors were the only ones around to absorb the large block, triggering the price decline. If this scenario plays out then the institutions may return to the stock as soon as next week, driving the price back up to the 1.60 -1.80 level where it seems to want to hang out.
I may be all wet about this. We shall see.
