Subj: Re:VUPDZ (Warrants) Date: 97-03-30 09:13:07 EST From: DPDIAMOND you are not taking into account the "Blair" units....remember, Blair was the lead underwriter for the IPO....if you take into account the Blair units, + the warrants outstanding, you get your number of 8 million shares of common stock...That is my point...yes, the stock has to be 12.25...we dont have anything to worry about for a good long-time...so, at 5 the company has a bit more room...this doesnot take into account the future acquisitions that they will make...I suspect that they have a credibility problem (still)..one will always remember the secondary where they sold out CHEAP...Potter needed the money, and did deal at a huge discount to market...that is where credibility problem will never be forgotten, although it is old news at this point...if company continues to perform, stock will move up ..that is it
