Off Topic....but not really! It appears that UPS had a little visit from the IRS. Seems that UPS set up a front in Bermuda to take a tax advantage, but appears it wasn't legal. Sure hope XOMA doesn't get caught in this same situation. But I guess that the first thing in order would be to OWE taxes....Maybe I shouldn't have been so hard on them when they took this course of action. XOMA having a tax obligation.....you know what this means. Go XOMA!
