I don't really have the time to play with ya, Hogger - Real Life intrudes entirely too much lately. So i'll just point out that i'm fully aware of why you're here grinding on Jeffrey and Mr B - because your nose is out of joint because they and various other SIer friends supplied some actual, informative, and documented due diligence on, and asked probing relevant questions of, non-reporting bulletin board efforts to which you were for whatever reason attached. One hopes that some day you'll get over it.

I expect that Terry Dennis had nothing whatever to do with trading shares for touting.
My reasoning is as follows -

While i don't know TEDennis all that well, i do know Bill Ulrich from these threads. He is imho a man of quality character and with considerable capacity to make quality judgements of those he deals with. If he goes to work with TEDennis, then to me that says TEDennis is not the sort who trades shares for touting, and is likely the sort who would stomp on such a practice to the extent that he is able. QED.

Of course, other premises are current in Pugs'nRileyworld. Lolol.

What we don't know is the complete picture of pinc share structure, and of its history.
And the names of major shareholders, who may have traded shares for touting, if indeed that did happen. For that we need thorough filings. So - back to square One.
