Robert - I am in total agreement - who knew what and when did they know it? Some poster on RGB had it pretty much right a day or so before, posting a rumor that they would miss by six cents (0.39 vs 0.32 is seven cents). That is why I think you are hearing about total lack of trust of management (among other things such as that they wrote off everything but the kitchen sink the previous qtr). No one (of us naive small guys) KNOWS right now if it was deceit or not, but it sure smells. And in the cc there was very little given by way of explanation for Hungary. No "sheesh, this came up, we didnt know about it, we are sorry to disappoint our large and small shareholders, we had to do it...etc". Just ...we did it; here is where you can find it in the fine print, (now f***off and) lets have the next question... or words to that effect) That's why I am not adding, even though I do think the stock goes back up from here. I wish someone asked MP (as someone once did in another cc a few years ago, what he was going to do to increase shareholder value? (His answer was that he was going to take actions to get ICN valued as other pharmas are valued, and if he was unable to do so, sell the company.) I wish. Dave
