Ramsey: "Your link to the link to the cheerleading post is totally worthless" . .Not true! Q jumped 2 1/4 at the close within seconds of my post, ergo personal net worth went north $225.00. O.K. maybe I was pulling your chain a bit, but the last three weeks have been brutal. To crawl back into your good graces:
engineer, PLEASE discuss what a GSM carrier would face if he/she/it decided to do a CDMA overlay. Is it out of the question to think Ericy or T might consider this as an option? Has to be cheaper than ripping out the old and starting over, right? We have now determined that T did part with $12 billion for McCaw not too long ago. I can't imagine they'd walk it--if you were Mike Armstrong what would you do? What happened to the VOD trials in Europe almost 2 years ago?
Real simple as far as I can tell: if AT&T goes CDMA, Qualcomm is a very undervalued stock.
