My time horizon is relatively long. Unless I see a meaningful negative change in AMD's prospects I expect to hang on to it for at least three to five years if not indefinitely. The earliest that I look for the crossing would be Q 1 of the year 2,000. As we all know the stock market is about as logical as a nuthouse on ball bearings and a lot can happen between now and then. From my limited view, however, everything is now in place for that grand event.
