Read somewhere that in 1999 or later, OTC Bulletin Boards companies will have to report sec filings. This is is correct. The first deletions from the OTCBB of companies which failed to become reporting or were not current in their Edgar reporting took place on July 2. Here is some of the relevant information. Status of companies required to be in compliance by Sept.2 to remain on OTCBB: otcbb.com List (as of July 29) of companies likely to be deleted from OTCBB on Aug. 3: otcbb.com List (as of June 29) of companies likely to be deleted from OTCBB on July 2: otcbb.com Phase in schedule: otcbb.com NASD announcement of OTCBB eligibility rule: nasdr.com
