tonto or the good tonto Since FBNA (Not to be confused with FBN, the furniture folks) is not an actual entity, I have decided to become the Chief Non-operating Officer, that is the CNO. I will employ the usual techniques to consolidate the facts after the matter has been settled. As the new CNO of FBNA, I will continue to aggressively impact productivity in the usual corporate manner and am quite certain that we can produce some colorful brochures. Our primary focus during the next half year will be Y2K preparation. Once the brochures are done, we will hire several ice cream wagons and replace the calliope soundtrack with a subliminal message broadcast in 17 or 28 foreign languages, you choose. The message broadcast will cause mild anxiety in 42% of all listeners. No real harm will be done. As the official CNO of FBNA I can only tell you the rules, I cannot demonstrate them. So think about this, do you care ?
