Hi Richard, I have no info on insider trading, buying or selling.

My guess is the insiders are not selling these days. I always thought that the selling of odd-lot shares was a sign of insiders selling. They tend to inherit odd-lots through their share purchase options and when they dump shares on the market the first shares to go were the odd-lots.

There were a lot of odd-lot days a few months ago when the price was in the $2.50 - $2.75 range. Lately, none.

Releasing financial statements does not constitute a "news release."

MBI's last real NR was on April 27, 1999. You are right that "Patience is a virtue." In the statement just released they say they want to raise equity through the sale of shares (this year). Seems they are no closer to forming a partnership than they were a year ago.

If they do sell shares it will have to be through a private placement again. Seems they won't be selling any to us longterm shareholders. No one would buy their shares unless they had some special reason too.

My reasoning, we longtermers are getting fed up with their lack of progress and would not be caught dead "speculating" on a company that has no news to give out to keep everyone interested.

Having said all that, I must say I'm hanging on to the shares I now own. It seems every time I dumped a supposed loser in the past the share price skyrocketed right after I had sold out!

Holding on for a few more months won't kill me.

Good luck with your investments.

Carter B.
