And what the market is saying is that given what we know about these unresolved problems, we value the inets at the current level. It is very likely that the market has priced in a rate increase come 8/24. If there is a surprise, it will be to the upside. The inets should be on fairly firm footing through August, I suspect. Are their specific events taking place in August that would suggest otherwise?
