Art, I'm curious as to your concern about Intel's StrataFlash memory. It looks to me like this memory is for embedded applications requiring very high speeds (44 nsec read access time). It's price is rather high though, considering 128Mb (Mega-bit) chip is $30 in quantities of 1000. It does not seem like direct competition with Sandisk since you can buy a 384 Mb (48MB) CF card at retail for only $100 today. rll
