Tread carefully, my friends.
I, for one, did not get into this stock because I wanted to run the company's affairs. No matter what I think of how the Co. is handling matters, it is their full time job. And no matter how much better we think we could do, no one has elected us to the board of directors.
Stirring the pot, even if it is "independent" of the Co., will inevitably have an unpredictable and uncontrollable effect on the management's ability to steer the Co.
The time for such action, and I hope it never arises, is when and if we feel that all is lost and any further efforts by the Co. are futile. I have no information that would lead me to believe that we are anywhere near that point.
So, for the time being, I am satisfied that the Co. is doing what is possible to rectify this situation, and is also investigating and developing alternate routes towards success. And though I have not always been satisfied with the decisions that the Co. has made, I make no pretentions that I could do better. So I won't try.
Best to all,
