Sloman? Sloman came up with the Theory. If you have the right book, it discusses Sloman at length in the book. Sloman was a pit trader or something along those lines who was looking to bring order to Market Chaos. He stumbled on the concept that, as the Lunar Effect moves tides in patterns the market moves in patterns as well. It's an interesting concept but it's never been well received.
