I hope the thread isn't dying, it is one of the most civil and sharing threads on SI.

Been scouring option tables to look for possible arbitrages and advanced strategies. Come to the conclusion that option markets have become too efficient for the retail investor to use many of the strategies that were previously available.

OTM credit spreads look like the best bet for the retail investor. May put some on in the next week but haven't decided yet whether they will be puts or calls. Also looking at calendar spread on the OSX.

It's amazing how many active traders on SI don't understand how market makers (options and OTC) make their money. They don't make their money on playing the direction of the underlying.
