I've been spending a lot of time over with another company up the road from Novell - I-Link, located in Draper, UT.
I picked I-Link for they have the most complete Unified Messaging (UM)- voice, fax, paging, cellular, e-mail, video (later)- expanded services feature set available NOW.
They are opening up their API so developers will be able to create their own specialized UM controls. We plan to use DigitalMe and its single directory logon to automate the process of changing our UM controls, inputs, etc.

I-Link's UM platform allows me to configure my calling needs from the Internet, but their controls are blocky and too linear. DigitalMe should provide some really cool functionality to make these platforms more customizable and user friendly.

Stay tuned. "Smart" searches using XML will be part of this next wave. We are extremely excited about the unbundling power of XML/ICE. XML will give the end user a much more powerful set of tools to search, sort, target, locate, factor and weigh literally anything/anytime/anywhere on the net.
It's going to be a great ride.
We are looking forward to advancing the mindshare in these areas.
