I stand behind this post 100%....We received a letter approximately a yrs. ago from Ken Elrod, who said we would be delighted in the developments taking place in the very near future...(COUGH, SPUTTER, SPUTTER)..Many of you recieved the same letter to the shareholders I did....NOW, IF THINGS WERE LOOKING SO ROOOSSSSSSSSSSSSY, then why only two months later, did they spin off both co. and issue restricted shares for both Enviro-tech and Adhatters....NOW, FOR THE RECORD, IT HAS BEEN STATED THAT APPROX. A YEAR AGO, ENVIROTECH NEEDED APPROX. $250,000 TO FINISH UP and be ready...NOW, that is not a whole lot of money........But during this time., weeds are growing at the site, and no one knows anything at alllllllllllllll......REGARDING ADHATTERS??????? MIKE MILLIS TOLD ME OVER A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION, WHEN WE ORIGINALLY WENT INTO THE SPIN OFF, THAT THOUGH RESTRICTED SHARES ARE SOMETIMES FOR A YEAR, THAT HE DIDN'T SEE ADHATTERS REALLY BEING RESTRICTED FOR MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS, THAT THINGS WERE HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES, AND IT WAS ONLY FOR THE COMPANY'S PROTECTION THAT IT WAS DONE.....AND THAT WE WOULD BE VERY PLEASED AT THE OUTCOME IN THE LONG RUN............
THENNNNNNNNNNNNNNN, AS A REMINDER TO ALL......THEY HAD THE QUICK VOTE TO REVERSE 25-1 ON CSMA.....IF YOU REMEMBER NO ONE WAS TOLD ABOUT IT, NOTHING IN PRINT........DUHH!!!!!! HEY GUYS.....WHILE MILLIS AND ELROD WERE TOUTING HOW GREAT WE WERE GONNA DOOOOOOOO.....THEY WERE PLOTTING AND PLANNING.....What do you think they entered in the VLVT agreement right after the RS?????? No, it was already a behind the scenes done deal.....We all know that these things take time and many a meeting was done and planning taking place without our knowledge....And I also spoke with Millis and he hinted that we might be merging with a company making some realllllll money that was already listed....And asked wouldn't I finally like to see CSMA hooking up with a co. that was turning a profit??????.YEAHHHHH......HE LEFT OUT THE RS THAT WAS COMING VERY SOON in order to accomplish this!!!!!SOOOOOOOOOOO, there we all got blind sided!!!!1
