Just today I was looking at another place to host my site other then at Yhoo which is very limited I might add. I go the site I see button for interactive online help, hit it, up pops a split screen with a chat area on the top. I started to ask questions about the site, the other person who was ans. questions, while at the same time he was showing me around the site in the bottom frame. He even sent me off to look at other sites for the software they use by bringing up another browser, while showing me where that software is used in the frame below. One could even take it further by having video clips. G
