I heard this outage since Friday, last week. And couldn't figure out
who's equipment that went off. Monday, internal email pointed to
ASND/CSCC Frame Relay equipment but still not confirmed. I guess
now the facts finally come out. Going back to CSCO/STRM frame relay
outage at AT&T years back. Seems like both had problems when customer
upgrates the switches to new software.

When news hit the wire, the issue becomes public relation problem. I
was impressed with Cisco proactive attitude at time of trouble and
the problem gets identified and fixed within days. This one for some
reason does not clear to the public so far. Is the problem still
exist? What is the solution?
