Like you I am extremely satisfied. I have been with Schwab since 1983, and on those rare instances where there have been problems Schwab has always been very fair. Their customer service has always been top-notch, and they have bent over backwards to be helpful. I really appreciated the opportunity to beta-test the product now know as Velocity, and I'm sure you will be pleased with it. To me the main criteria is not commissions, but quality of executions, and the executions I get from Schwab are top notch. Carl
