Technically this stock is creating a huge base which is a prerequisite for a sustained up move given the number of shares outstanding. It is gradually approaching 200 d MA (about 2 3/16). I love this stock because many have given up on it, just as they enter significant production stage and expansion of reserves. Looking ahead several months my guess is that stock will be solidly above 200 d MA and setting new yearly highs - a significant % gain. The key with this stock is patience - it is an oil stock not an internet stock - which is a virtue these days. All imo, Gary
