Gordon,
The Company has 5 million in cash and just reported its first profit in the last qtr. The charge was a noncash book keeping charge only. Believe the CEO who has bought shares at $1.20 and now owns 25% of all shares at $1.00 will take the right step to turn this company around.
Ref - Calvin decision - Calvin recently married did not want to move to MA.
What we need now is to see some positive news about sales . . OEM contracts and product releases.
