Gary, Yes, I spoke with Fred Luke. No, he did not deliver in the time frame he told me. Yes, I still believe that he is going to deliver. Yes, I believe everyone should average down. Yes, my credibility has sunk even lower. Yes, the financing is almost completed (referring to the original 3 to 6 month time frame formally announced by the company back in late March or early April). Yes, NUOA was awarded a $ 300 million judgement. Yes, the 10k is inexcusably late. No, You and other skeptic's still don't see anything positive about what NUOA management is doing. Yes, I believe that NUOA will be at $5.00 within a year, because Fred said so. Jeff
