Makes you wonder why selling other than someone giving up or gettting stopped out (not realizing that market maker can stop you out in this stock just flinching his eyebrow). The merger created charges and they were not unexpected for 1Q and 2Q. Their was some impact, but cash basis is still good. New products combined with solid revenue based from Unicore. I'm not a buyer since my position is basically set, but it is awfully tempting on these kind of dips (what is really tempting is to be the market maker). I would think investor reaction must disappoint Mr. Narath since I believe he has done in 6 months pretty much what he layed out in his originial vision. The stock was rallying before with much less information at that time.
