Pacer was recommended at levels below $1 by "The Cheap Investor" a newsletter written by an economics professor in Illinois. He also has a hotline - that could be it. According to his newsletter, for the past three years, every time the stock fell to $1 or below, they give buy recommendations. I believe Pacer has hired a PR firm and that may solve one of their problems, which is a rather low profile. The Cheap Investor's phone # is 708/830-5666 (Mathews & Associates).
