rll - The reason I'm concerned is that Intel has a cross licensing agreement with SanDisk, which probably means that products made by Intel don't provide royalties to SanDisk. Thus, a competing CF product from Intel could draw revenue away from SanDisk. I sent an e-mail to SNDK shareholder relations a couple days ago but haven't received a response.
