Insiders have filed to sell almost all of their position in the company. Except from clearstation post: "Just want to let you know that on July 29, 1999, SSTI filed S-3. SSTI filed for secondary offering more than 800K shares. The shares will be offered by selling shareholder. The odd thing when you read the S-3, the major shareholder sell almost all of their position in the company. They only keep a very small percentage compare to the position prior to the offering.
