oh, they WANT us to know, Ken, but only when they are ready to inform us. you DO understand don't you, that it isn't a disaster until Clinton calls it a disaster, AFTER the fact, of course. Clinton's lights have been out for so long, he's convinced that the rest of us have turned into blind moles just from osmosis. and since he does his best groping in the dark, he's probably PRAYING for power outtages! welcome back. your 'forced vacation' due to the arrogance of others was unbelieveably unfair. must be a sign of how deep the clinton administration will go to to silence those who want us to see the 'dark side' of the presidential plans through FEMA for our y2k extreme discomfort while he hides in some mountain, *and with Hillary no less.* no matter how advanced our western civilization, we are just one clock tick removed from taking the little wo' by the hair and dragging her into the caves--outside of DC that is. just where IS that mountain he's going to be holed up in, with gorbachev and greenspan anyhow? do you suppose Larry Summers will be let in or left out to freeze and Rubin will be tucked in there also? questions questions questions.
