Where did you get "loan"? The release indicates an equity placement at $10 a share. Agree that it is a big premium to the market. However, where does 2.5 million shares bought in the open market take a stock with around 3 million shares in the float? Much higher than 10 I would think... Easier to understand when I looked at it that way.
