Jay -- I was told the cash could be used for an acquisition in a situation where shares couldn't be traded. As for NT, I honestly don't know why they'd sell FO components. Perhaps it makes more sense to focus on their systems business and not try to build up components. It's extremely competitive and it's clear you have to develop both active and passive to succeed. Maybe they were behind the curve. This is all pure speculation. I don't know NT and certainly don't know their fo business. Pat
