I am going to phone Robert Manning later on today but want some information from t'other side of water. 1) By what date MUST X-Stream Network Inc release financial data relating to to year ending 30th April 1999? (In the Uk it is 9months for Public Cos and 10months for private cos) 2) With the BB OTC listing what other REQUIREMENTS is the parent co NOT fulfilling? If you can supply me with details and if possible the relevant regulation I will be better armed to extract information. What the hell: List below any breach of US Company law that you KNOW X-Stream are breaching and I will put it to him. Regards Jon C
