Just looking at the nasdaq.com site and found their publications directory. goto nasdr.com and look at the online publications. There is one about going public that has a chart about Nasdaq requirements. Seems like there are many options for qualifying. CATS seems to meet many of them up front. It may take some time at these levels to meet them all. The way they are going, it will just be a matter of time. Bob
