MOUNT DORA, Fla., Aug 12, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
AmericanMillennium Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB:AMCI) reported Thursday it
has have reached an agreement with Brazil based Brasil Wireless Systems
Company SA (BWS) to work together for sales and engineering support to
market communications technology within the South American markets.

According to AMCI Executive Vice-President Stephen Watwood, "The
agreement calls for a joint effort between the two companies to share
hardware, software and engineering resources for product deployment
within the South American markets. AMCI will also share in residual
'air-time' fees generated by BWS initiatives."

"AMCI and BWS have already combined efforts in the development of an
antenna solution that AMCI will be using exclusively in its tracking of
rail cars and containers within the United States. The antenna is a low
cost effective alternative to any of the commercially produced
equivalent antennas on the market today", added Watwood.

AMCI Director of Multi-National Business Development Terry Wigton
confirmed, "BWS has expertise in hardware and firmware engineering and
Internet development. BWS will utilize AMCI cutting edge wire-line,
radio frequency (RF) and satellite communication technology in data and
voice delivery with particular interest in wireless Internet access and
high-value asset tracking. BWS has had positive results demonstrating
this technology for vehicle tracking for a major Brazilian insurance
company."

AMCI and BWS have had extensive discussions with Magellan Corporation's
Wireless Communications Group about providing hardware for the U.S. and
South American markets. Magellan's Wireless Communications business
unit develops and markets advanced communications devices such as the
S@tellite Modem, the Asset Tr@cker, and the GSC 100 hand-held global
satellite communicator. For more information about Magellan
Corporation, visit the company's website at magellangps.com.

This press release contains forward-looking statements that involve
risk and uncertainties that could cause the company's actual results
and experience to differ materially from anticipated results and
expectations expressed herein. In particular, AMCI's plans may be
revised, and its actual results may differ materially from that
indicated by its current plans.
