Both margins and revenues should improve next quarter and improve again 4th quarter. I expect to see greater than 8% net margins and $50 mill in revenues so that would be greater than $4 mill net profit. That should approach 10% margins and $65 mill in the 4th quarter. In 2000, I think >10% margins and >$300 mill in revs is easily attainable.

The equipment sector nailed them the last couple quarters and that is improving (it is also their highest margin sector). But those profits are still way ahead of the industry average. Institutions will move us when they are ready. Its easy to point at lots of companies that have moved up several quarters before the real growth in earnings was expected. However, I do wish the company would underpromise once so that earnings expectation moved up as we approached earnings. It would have been nice if they had started at your 11 cents.
