I understand your point about the blind study. The research team is excited because they feel it is very obvious which pt's are recieving the actual drug and which ones are recieving the placebo. In fact they are hoping to skip the 2nd part of the blind study and move on to the next phase. I have been working in research hospitals for several years and it is rare that you are able to determine which pt's recieved the actual drug. I do suppose the research team could be wrong since they are not suppose to know which pt's are recieving which drugs. Please forgive me I am knew to the threads and just sent my postcard in. But none the less I have appeared to bring life to this thread.<g> Thanks for the input. Penny
