BEDMINSTER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KENT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.
("KENT") (NASDAQ - KENT) reported net income for the three months
ended June 30, 1999, of $150,000, or $.08 per share, compared to net
income of $111,000, or $.06 per share, for the comparable period in
1998. For the six months ended June 30, 1999, net income was $398,000,
or $.20 per share, compared to net income of $765,000, or $.38 per
share, for the comparable period in the prior year. Per share
information referred to in this news release is both basic and diluted
earnings per share. Kent has 1,898,600 shares outstanding. |
