Jim, but why should Nextel be allowed to buy, if it indeed happens, spectrum that was originally reserved for small businesses? why can't WCOM and others be able to then bid for same, resulting in a new auction? what will happen to the other c block winners, including those also in bk? what about something for QC, compensating them for the recent "pioneer" ruling? Ramsey
