Smoky, et.al, Apparently BSFE will try again and has scheduled the special meeting for 4/18. Doc Rosen and his Newmont Landfill Remodelling will also try again to block the restructuring. Last time I talked to CFO Rivkin he said that they would try one more time and if not enough proxies were in hand they'd wait till the next annual meeting. He said it was of NO importance to the recapitization and immediate business.

Lets all look for the 10-k this week on EDGAR, go over it with a fine tooth comb, and compare notes.
