Jim: That is slightly better news than that Nextel intends to stonewall even 3rd gen CDMA, but do you agree that not having Nextel (historically non CDMA) in control of this spectrum and a Nextwave reorganization which permits a nationwide roll out of CDMA One using new evolving data initiatives and leading to early adoption of CDMA2000 would be much better - much much much better - using the famous Dr J 3 times for emphasis?
