Graham,
I have considered trading in half my shares for the buyback; a compromise between two positions. The mgmt seems to have a lot of confidence in their product, and each news release is a step forward.
Not being able to sell for a year may be a blessing in disguise, if you are prone to sell too early, thus missing higher profits. At any rate, who wants to lose control for a year? That's the challenge.
The reverse is also true---if the product has a serious flaw, you may not be able to sell until the stock is worthless, but as a penny stock now, it's just a little above worthless, so you just take another risk. It's definitely a toss-up. Nancy
