John, I do appreciate your quick response.
I did not take the time to check further than the sales material in my office discounting the DEC 95 prospectus and portfoilio holdings for ultra. Also relied on the question posed to MS. McKay at PRST regarding institutional holdings. One would have thought she would know who owns the blocks of shares. Will call 20th Century to verify Monday if they still hold this stock.
I have enough at stake to invest in the planefare to check this out further. Would wonder if Lutz ever meets with his subscribers! I have a number of questions I would like to ask him based on your responses. I am asking myself logically, why he is promoting this stock to the degree he is? If the future is NOT as bright for PRST, as you seem to indicate, Lutz and his research staff will have a real hard time explaining to the newer as well as old subscribers, that are buying in now, why he has continuously promoted this stock as the "son of xerox" "stock of the decade" etc. if there were any major concerns why is he raving about the huge profits still to be made on this stock.
I have not seen the issue that was out today. Usually comes a day late. Cabot has again highly praised PRST in this addition of the letter and in last nights hot line report, he issued another strong buy at these "corrected levels".
So far, I have listened to Cabot and others that like myself, have made out substantally here. Not just on PRST but on 9 other Cabot picks. 6 over 100% in a year. All of Cabot's long term "Heritage Stocks" have made many a fortune. Why would he risk his complete reputation on this one stock. In his last letter, he made the PRST selection his #1 all time pick, never had he found a stock with such potential in all his years of investing!
I am intelligent enough to check out your research with my own and then with other printers. Until then, I will watch the fundementals I use to determine the overall direction of this stock and remain optimistic but also cautious.
Please provide any other useful infomation you feel will assist me and others here in more research.
Thanks for your posts,
Neil
