On the retail side IDT resells minutes from MCI. If MCI lowers the rates than IDT will lower rates. We are just a reseller for the domestic LD market, so I am sure the margins will remain the same, it is MCI that will have to come up with the cost savings.

The international market has many years to go before rates become challenged. That is why IDT is focused here.
