Ah, so I see you have shown up here now. I don't know what your motive is, since you claim not to be an investor. Anyhow, isn't it possible that just as Healtheon has purchased medical information providers such as Greenberg (something like that), MCNS could fit nicely into the larger scheme of a company such as Healtheon. Healtheon paid billions for WebMD, a somewhat different fish, but as I recall, WebMD had virtually no earnings. The game is just beginning, and while you are speaking from the comfortable position of watching the stock go down, it will be interesting to see what you have to say should things (I'm not overly confident) turn around at some point. Perhaps, before these businesses even started, they should have consulted you, who would have told them to not waste their (and our) time.There are prominent institutions with good track records (such as Gruntal) who point to the very large amount of money that is potentially available to online health companies.
