Got my hand spanked for a couple on a premature short a little while ago....but now looking for the sell in the low 20's as well. I think the TICK has to get up around 500/600 for the sell to be in place. Going to try to exercise a bit more patience and sell it on the way down.....it might be easier than trying to pick the dang top!
