15 times earnings is quite reasonable. For the mathematically challenged, that's a stock price of $3.75. They have a backlog of work, earnings are consistent, debt isn't a problem and they are buying back their own stocks. What more could you ask for? It could be a long wait followed by a couple days of sudden movement when some analyst points out how undervalued it is. You see this kind of story all the time. Your patience will be rewarded!
