Bought IAMK on news. What's 250 million hits/month worth?
HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Aug 12, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
SandyLang, President of Interactive Marketing Technology, Inc. (IMT)
(OTC BB: IAMK) announced today that IMT has entered into a joint
venture with CPNM - Internet Marketing Consortium that will provide 250
million hits per month for IMT'sproducts.

IMT, over the next 120 days, will be putting all their new and exciting
products on the web site and providing them to consumers and retailers
prior to IMT's branding of these products on TV. This is a new and
innovative way to cross sell TV products at no front-end cost to the
company, and create a very large volume of business and a profit that
will go directly to the bottom line. Also, IMT will be featured in "Off
Off Wall Street", newsletter to 4,000 broker dealers. CPNM will also be
putting IMT's exiting products, and an editorial regarding IMT, in all
of CPNM's magazines.

IMT and CPNM express synergies resulting from this joint effort. Sandy
Lang realizes the importance and strength of E-commerce and believes
that this deal between IMT and CPNM puts IMT years ahead of any
competition. IMT is a cutting edge company that has the experience and
knowledge to create and distribute quality products.
