Ramsey, why should Nextel be allowed to buy I don't know the answer to that, but seem to recall an old Gregg Powers post wherein he explained how Nextel got preferential pricing for their current spectrum (pioneer's preference?) by promising to use new technology. They then somehow got away with installing their GSM/TDMA technology. [this is from memory, so I hope I got the right company] Best regards, Jim
