Scam? ---is that what we call a methodical rise based on solid news and buying? I dont know whom you are speaking of, but more often than not on these boards when I see someone rehashing peripheral data from years back, I find that it is but fodder for someone's self-serving short position. (scared perhaps?) Let's stay in the contemporary shall we? I mean really, if it were of substance or import wouldn't the SEC or hell, the investing public have reacted to it? If you're going to pick at the company because of someone else's misdeed (perceived or otherwise) from years back then in essence I find it to be a vote of confidence on the present company. How so? Well, if all you can dredge up is that stuff than you must be confirming by your silence the present happenings. Let's hear what the shorts have to say about the news releases or financials. Stay in the recent past or present fellas. This aint a Dickens novel.
