Just finished reading the article and thought YOU might find it informative. It talks about penalties and damages for those found guilty of infringement($100M plus cost of legal fees). It states that notice and registration of copyright on an original work are not required. And most interestingly, it states that a copyright becomes automatically enacted when an original work is fixed in a tangible medium such as an Internet server. It also gives the link for further info on copyright law form the US Copyright Office which is:
